At Track Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Your request for a refund must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"

  • Underwear, swimwear, or hosiery (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package your item(s) and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its arrival and the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • If your return is not approved (e.g., the item does not meet our eligibility criteria), we will notify you and explain the reasons why.

 

Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process outlined above to return the original item, and then place a new order for the desired item.
